  • Over the years, I have worked extensively in the fields of fitness and Pilates, including as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for basketball teams and as a Pilates instructor for athletes. I have significant experience working with clients facing musculoskeletal conditions, as well as pre- and post-natal women.

  • My biggest inspiration comes from my students. I love meeting different personalities and tailoring each class to their individual needs. My goal is for everyone to leave with a smile,  free from pain in both body and mind. Through my teaching, I aim to share my love for fitness and promote a mindset of wellness and longevity through movement. Because for me, movement is a way of life.

Tharina Bouwer

  • With over a decade of experience in Pilates, Barre, and movement coaching, I bring a background in classical ballet and a deep love for helping people move with strength and grace. I’ve taught across different countries and cultures, combining technical precision with a supportive, uplifting energy in every class.

  • Movement has always been my language for how I connect, express, and rebuild. After experiencing serious injuries and having to relearn how to walk, I discovered a new layer of appreciation for what the body is capable of when guided with patience and awareness. That journey fuels my teaching every day. My goal is to create classes that challenge and support my clients and that leaves them feeling grounded, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

  • Katerina’s journey began with Yoga, which opened the path to mindful movement and body awareness. Over the years, her passion expanded into Pilates and functional training, blending strength, balance, and flow. What truly inspires her is helping people reconnect with their bodies, breathe consciously, and cultivate harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Through her holistic approach, she encourages students to move with intention, live with presence, and create a strong and vibrant foundation for a healthy life.

Neuza Amaral

  • Movement has been part of my life since childhood, from gymnastics, dance to swimming. With over 15 years in sports and fitness instruction, my journey in Pilates began 10 years ago and has grown into a passion.
